Welcome to the Strategic High Integration Nanochemical (SHIN˙) Group


“Why the superscript dot ( ˙)? Kröger–Vink notation is the secret set of conventions that are used to describe electric charges and lattice positions of point defect species in crystals”

Superscript dot ( ˙ ) represents positive charge. A dash superscript ( ' ) represents negative charge. By chemically engineering charge point defect through doping, we open a pathway for electronically active nanocrystal synthesis.
